I have version 2.0.26 and it disconnects often in spite of being set up as "always on". I'm old, I have health issues, I do alotta doctor visits. When I do I put my phone in airplane mode. When I come out I turn off airplane mode. Sometimes I'm still connected, sometimes not. Frustrating.

"Always-On VPN" Always Disconnecting. This is an unreliable service that has frequently exposed my connection by turning itself off. Oftentimes performance is poor. Support is spotty. Frequently having to restart the VPN or device. Randomly disconnects itself. Sometimes it disconnects every time my lock screen is on, and sometimes it doesn't. Some locations work, and some don't. It's been a very quirky service.

Hi Hugh, I can't see what version of the app you have, but we did recently release an update (v2.0.19) that addressed a lot of connection issues on certain devices. Please update and let us know if that works for you.

CONSTANTLY FAILS! UPDATE: I've changed my review from 2 star to 1 star. I've had NOTHING but issues with this app on both my phones and computer. It will NOT stay connected and when I try to connect it says it needs updated....EVERY TIME!! When I update it, the app does not reflect the update. My husband's phone started having issues with other apps immediately after installing. It also causes lag with each new action performed.
